Nose: vanilla ashes and roasted coffee beans, then an intense peat smoke with the characteristic medicinal note, very elegant. Notes of herbal honey and marine iodine reminding us of a cold morning on the seaside.

Palate: a creamy texture brings cold ashes, vanilla and honeycomb on the palate, followed by the herbal note of the malt.

Finish: extremely long, the smoke becomes salty iodine leaving a clean mouth.
